Food Log Jan. 3rd - 7th

Monday - Breakfast 2 steak pieces, small hash rounds lg coffee
Lunch Chinese plate
Dinner Shrimp and fruit salad

Tuesday> no breakfast or lunch
Dinner baked fish and naked steak fries

Wednesday> no breakfast or lunch
Dinner. steak n gravy, mash potatoes and green beans

Thursday> no breakfast
Lunch grillled chicken and fetti noodles
Dinner> 2 thin pancakes with no sugar syrup, 3 small sausage patties

Middle of the night> pk of instant grits


Friday> No breakfast
Lunch Tuna alfredo made with whole wheat pasta
Dinner> small bowl of house fried rice
Snack > sonic reg red velvet cheesecake blast

I didnt do really well on eating this week but it could have been much worse had I given into the binging urges I had. Next week is a new wekk and im going to try to do much better. Breakfast is something im going to have to make myself get up and eat or eat it before I go to bed in the mornings. My little man and myself were sick this week but we are much better now!

Jan 1st food log

Lunch> 2c yellow rice with hamburger meat

Dinner> 2 grilled chicken burritos & 2 Chicken chulupas

1 1/2 24 oz pepsi

3 16.9 oz waters

This little man is my whole world and the reason I get out of bed everyday. I love him so much! I spent most of today in bed trying to fight off this cold. Tomorrow will be a better day for sure. Im hoping to find some exercises i can do inside with out equipment until I can get a tredmill.

The End of 2010 & The Beginning of 2011

As I look back on 2010, I have some memories but no nearly as many as I could of had. I want 2011 to be my year and it will be. No more just talking about it. Its time to step up and give 110% so I can live a normal life as well and be a good mother to my son. I wish you all the best in 2011!
